Consistently produces a high level of output and is completely focused on getting new features in the hands of the client. Is regularly going above and beyond and known for being a good decision maker.

Team Leader

Works to co-ordinate the team for continuous delivery of products, monitoring the output of the whole team, feeding back ideas for improvement. At any one time you will know what each member of the team is working on, and you will provide weekly reports on progress.
