Business Development Executive
Full Time or Part Time | £30,000+ per year FTE
Plus bonus structure based on performance. Company laptop and mobile included.
We’re looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive. The role will be a hybrid of sales, account management and general project management to support an exciting start-up XR product.
Your role will be to identify and nurture new business opportunities in order to drive growth, generate revenue and improve profitability.
We use modern sales methods, focusing on showcasing our brilliant products and building great relationships with potential customers.

Job Description
Identifying new leads
Through research, connection and inbound marketing
Contacting customers
Through online communications, telephone and in-person as appropriate
Liaising with customers through the purchase process
Including managing contracts and any enquiries
Demo the system as needed
And showcase our range brilliant products to clients, internal stakeholders and external agencies
Attending trade shows and events
In the UK and beyond as needed
Ensuring the needs of customers are met
Both old, new and returning
Contributing to marketing and product development teams
As required for the benefit of the business
Travelling to clients and customers
With demonstration equipment. Primarily locally but this will extend to the UK and perhaps worldwide as we grow.
Sales bonus structure
- Bonus per sale of complete system
- Bonus per return / ongoing customer per year
- Additional bonus for personal leads generated resulting in a sale
Requirements, Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills
Both in person and online communications with clients, internal stakeholders and the wider team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Confident negotiator
With strong people skills
An understanding and interest in technology
Including XR immersive, VR, AR and games
Previous experience
Of account management or business development in consumer electronics, software or games
Ability to put together presentations and proposals
Of a high-quality in a short space of time when needed
Capable of juggling multiple projects
And customers and tasks whilst being self-organised and driven
Full driving license
And access to a car for business purposes
