Digital Artist
Full Time or Part Time | £20,000 – £27,000 per year
As Digital Artists at n-Coders, you’ll use Blender, Adobe, Unity and other technology to create immersive 3D and 2D designs, models and environments for our clients and products. From bespoke hardware to virtual reality, we work with a range of innovative technologies and varied projects.
Our Digital Artist positions are open to graduates, experienced artists but also talented hobbyists looking to transition to a career.
Job Description
Using Blender, Adobe products or similar to create 2D designs, 3D models and environments and other visual elements for games and applications
Using Unity, Unreal and C# to assist developers in creating apps and games for our customers and products
Adhering to Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practice guidelines
Working within a multi-talented team to create for VR, PC and embedded systems
Testing and revisions of digital art and software including finding and fixing bugs
Ongoing learning and training to grow as a digital artist
Requirements, Skills & Experience
Experience with Blender or similar software
Experience in Unity or Unreal Engine and C#
Understanding of Scrum & Agile Methodologies
Ability to be self organised and driven
Bonus: experience with VR or AR
Bonus: degree in relevant subject
Including digital art, game art and design or similar. We will also consider individuals with other relevant educational background or those who have worked extensively on personal projects.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Portfolio of previous projects
A passion for technology and the games industry
Excellent communication skills
Bonus: experience with animation
